1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the khevip website located at khevip.net, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support interactions made available through the platform. By accessing khevip.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are entered into between you and khevip, the operator of the khevip.net platform ("khevip", "we", "us", "our"). The platform is operated as an international online gaming service with specific product and service design targeting the Bangladesh market. All platform communications, support interactions, game interfaces, and legal documents — including these Terms — are provided in English.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on khevip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are registering and playing as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent.

2.1 Age Verification

khevip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, khevip may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on any account suspected of belonging to an underage user.

2.2 Consequences of Underage Play

If khevip determines at any point that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of play, khevip will permanently close the account, void all bets placed during the underage period, and return deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already processed) via the original payment method where this is legally and technically possible. khevip reserves the right to report instances of suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of games and services offered by khevip, you must create a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one active account on the platform at any time.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must not use false or misleading information when creating your account. khevip is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of inaccurate information provided during registration.

3.2 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and our commitment to platform security and responsible gaming, khevip requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the last three months. khevip aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are all subject to the same KYC standards.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. khevip will treat all actions taken using your account credentials as actions authorised by you. 3.4 Duplicate Accounts

Each player is permitted to hold only one khevip account. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether registered using the same personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — khevip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, and forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits held across those accounts. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

khevip supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve the Bangladeshi player base. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are charged to Bangladeshi players transacting in BDT.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in normal circumstances.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited.
• khevip does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on khevip. Deposits made solely for the purpose of money movement without genuine gaming activity may be investigated.

4.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within two hours of request approval.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays.
• khevip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value transactions or in cases where unusual activity has been detected on the account.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

khevip reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregularity. In such cases, khevip will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation to resolve the situation.

5 Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

khevip offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on the platform unless a specific offer's terms expressly state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus credits, free spins, or a combination thereof, as specified in each offer.
• Bonus credits and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in each offer. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. khevip uses automated monitoring tools to detect patterns of bonus abuse across its player base.

5.3 Free Spins

Free spins are granted on specified games and at a fixed stake per spin as stated in the offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus credits and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the free spins offer terms. Free spins expire if not used within the validity period stated in the offer.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on khevip, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on the khevip platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

6.2 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any other player engaging in prohibited conduct as described above, you are encouraged to report it to our support team. khevip treats all such reports confidentially and investigates them promptly.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your khevip account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Closure for Breach of Terms

khevip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or underage play, khevip may withhold funds pending investigation. Following investigation, funds may be returned, forfeited, or referred to relevant authorities depending on the nature of the breach.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. khevip will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using the registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. Any dormant account administration fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the account dashboard prior to deduction.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on khevip.net — including but not limited to the khevip brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of khevip or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the khevip platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any content from khevip.net without prior written consent.
• Using the khevip brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from khevip.net using automated tools.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any software component of the khevip platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by khevip under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction of third-party game content may constitute a separate breach of those studios' intellectual property rights.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khevip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the khevip platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime affecting game availability or transaction processing.

9.1 Service Availability

khevip makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond khevip's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary service unavailability. khevip will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Games provided by third-party studios on the khevip platform are the responsibility of those respective studios in terms of game mechanics, RTP accuracy, and RNG certification. While khevip conducts due diligence in selecting reputable and certified content partners, khevip accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game software where the root cause lies within the third-party studio's systems.

10 Amendments to These Terms

khevip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, khevip will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the khevip.net homepage. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the khevip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 7.1 of these Terms. Outstanding real-money balances will be returned subject to standard verification requirements.
